Problems on blogger: HTML is appearing in text form or HTML is interpret typed

In blogger, if you made a post and included HTML in it, sometimes it may come in not the way you want it to be. You may want your HTML to be shown literally so that you may want to make an HTML tutorial or you may want something like an HTML widget so that it will be interpret typed. To change the settings we are talking about, follow the below tutorial.

Step 1: Go to blogger> New Post
You are applying this setting on a post so go to New Post.

Step 2: Find "Options"
On the right side of your post-writing-area, you will find Options. Click on it so that it will expand.

Step 3: Select what you want for the HTML
Now, under the sub-heading "Compose mode", you will find what you want for the HTML. After you have finished, click done so that the "Options" heading will collapse.

How to schedule a post to be published in a particular date and time in blogger

Sometimes, you may have to make a schedule to your posts to be published on a particular date. This comes  useful when for example, you are going somewhere, but you want your blog to be kept updating. So, before leaving you can make many posts and schedule it to be published on the dates you choose so that your blog will be updated automatically and even your readers will not get bored. Step 1: Go to blogger>New Post

Now, you can set your date and time. You can choose directly from the calendar or write the date, and for time, you will find it on the upper left corner. ރައިވަރު ފުރޭތައަކީ މިސާލު ބަހެކެވެ. ބުނެވޭ ގޮތުގައި ރާއްޖެއަށް އައި އެންމެ މަޝްހޫރު ރައިވަރު ހަދާމީހާ: އީސަދަރިއަށް ރައިވަރު ދަސްކޮށްދިނީ ރައިވަރު ފުރޭތައެވެ.

ރޭގަނޑުގެ ވަގުތެވެ. އީސަދަރި ގޭބޭރުގައި ހުރި އަށިގަނޑެއްމަތީ އޮވެ މަސްކާށި ކަނީއެވެ. ގައިގައި ކަސްއަޅައިފައިވުމުގެ ސަބަބުން ގައިވެސް ކަހަމުން ދެއެވެ. މިހެން އޮވެގެން ރައިވަރެއްގެ ދެބައެއް އެބަ ކިޔައެވެ. އެދުވަސްވަރަކީ އެންމެންވެސް ރައިވަރަށް ލޯބިކުރާ ދުވަސްވަރެވެ. ރައިވަރު ހަދަން ނޭނގޭ މީހަކީ މީހަކަށް ނުވާ ދުވަސްވަރެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން އިރުކޮޅަކުން އީސަދަރި ކިޔައިލައެވެ. "މައެއްނޫނަސް މިރަށުގާ" "ބައެއްކަތު-" "ބައެއްކަތު އެބަ-" "ބައެއްކަތު އެބައުޅެތެ މާއީ" މިހިސާބަށް ދިޔަ އިރަށް ނިދިއްޖެއެވެ. ހޭލެވުނީ މީހަކު "ގައެއްކަހާތި ކެހުމާއި" މިހެން ކީ އަޑަށެވެ. 

މިހާރު އެ ރައިވަރު ހަމަޖެހިއްޖެއެވެ. 

   މައެއްނޫނަސް މިރަށުގާ

   ބައެއްކަތު އެބަ އުޅެތެ މާއީ

   ގައެއްކަހާތި ކެހުމާއި

ވީއުފަލުން ތެދުވިއިރު ގައި ކުރިމަތީގައި ހުރީ އަނދިރިގަނޑެއް ކަހަލަ އެއްޗެކެވެ. އީސަދަރި ބިރުން ތުރުތުރު އަޅަން ފަށައިފިއެވެ. އެ އަނދިރިގަނޑު ބުންޔެވެ. "ބިރު ނުގަންނާށެވެ. މިއައީ ކޮއްކޮއަށް ރައިވަރު ދަސްކޮށްދޭށެވެ. މިހެން ކިޔައިފައި އެ ފުރޭތަ އީސަދަރިގެ އަނގައަށް ދޫލިއެވެ. ދެން ބުންޔެވެ. "ރައިވަރު ކޮއްކޮގެ ހިތަކަށް ވީއެވެ. ބޭނުން ކޮންމެ އިރަކު އީސަދަރިއަށް ރައިވަރު ކިޔެނީ މެހެންވެއޭ ބުނެއުޅެއެވެ.

އީސަދަރީގެ އަންހެނުން އީސަދަރި ގެއްކަށް ދުޔަކަމާމެދު ޝައްކުވެގެން އެވާހަކަ ދެއްކީމާ ކިޔެވެ.

   ކާކުތަ ބުނީ މަ ދިޔައޭ

   ގޭދަނޑިމަތީ އޮންނަރުމާ

   ހޭހުރުމާ ނުހުރުމާ

ބުނެވޭގޮތުގައި އީސަދަރިޔާ ދެން ދެނޭ ގޮވާލައިފިނަމަ އޭނާއަށް ރައިވަރެއް ނުކިޔޭ ވަގުތެއް ނުދާނެއެވެ. އޭނާ ފާތިޙާ ކިޔަވަން އިންދާ މީހަކު ގޮވާލައިފިެވެ. "އީސަދަރިޔާ ދެންދެނެވެ". ހަމައެހެން ބުނުމާއެކު ކިޔައިލިއެވެ. 

   ދުއްއަމުކިޔަމެ ފާތިޙާ

   ހުންނައޮޑިޔަކު ހެއިންވާ

   ތުއްމައިލާ އަރުވާހި

އީސަދަރި މެންދުރުނަމާދަށް ހަރަން ބަނދެބަނދެ ހުއްޓާ މިސްކިތުގެ ހަރިންމަތެރޭން މީހަކު ގޮވައިލިއެވެ. "އީސަދަރިޔާ ދެންދެނެވެ". ހަމައެހެން ބުނުމާއެކު ކިޔައިލިއެވެ.

އިންސާނަކަށް މިކަހަލަކަމެއް ކުރަން އެންމެ ދަތިވާނީ މަރުމަތީގައި ކަމަށް އެނގިފައިވެއެވެ. ނަމަވެސް އީސަދަރިއަކަށް އެވަގުތުވެސް ރައިވަރެއް ކިޔާކަށް ދައްޗެއް ނުވިއެވެ. އީސަދަރި މަރުމަތީ އޮއްވާ މީހަކު އަހައިލިއެވެ. "އީސަދަރިޔާ ކޮބާ ކިހިނެއް؟". ހިމައެޔާއެކު އީސަދަރި ކިޔައިލިއެވެ. 

   ވަރުނުލާތާ ގޮވާލާކަނު

   ހަރުކުރެވި އޮޑިހެއިން ލެއްދެ

Picasa is a user-friendly and a very easy-to-use photo editing software used by many people. Although it cannot be as good as Photoshop, Picasa can be used for fast-editing. This effect in Picasa is called the boost effect which boosts the colour of the image you have chosen. You can boost to the amount you like.

Speed of Earth

There are many ways we can tell the speed of the Earth. We can tell how long it takes to rotate in its own axis, the speed it travels around the Earth and we can also tell the time the Earth takes to revolve around the sun. 

Spinning in its own axis (rotation)

Rotation is the spinning of the Earth on its own axis (its not only the Earth but is written so to make you understand). When the Earth completes a rotation, we call it as a day. To complete a rotation, the Earth takes 23 hours, 56 minutes and 4.1 seconds. (That is why a leap year comes).

Going around the sun (revolution)

Revolution is the Earth going around the sun (this too is not only for the Earth but is written so just to make you understand). When the Earth completes a revolution, we call it as a year. The Earth takes 365.26363 days to complete a revolution.

When going around the sun, the Earth travels at a speed of  30km per second. That is 1800km per hour.

What people say about their blog not being popular

Many blogs are not popular. Unknown. Infamous. Does a blog become popular just because of luck? No. It needs work. Time. And many more. There are many reasons that your blog may not become popular. But there are reasons bloggers say because their blogs are not popular too. Not all of these reasons are true though.  Some are nearly true, others true, others false. Let's see what I mean.

1. People say they don't know HTML
When people find popular blogs, they find out that those blogs have a cool template. They think the owner of the blog is a web designer or a person who knows HTML or something like that. The truth is, anyone could edit their HTMLs. There are countless numbers of HTML tutorials on the internet which say everything you have to do.

2. People say they didn't get a good blog url
It is true that most of the good urls are taken by people who never use them. So if you are finding a url, you should search several times before you could get it. But that is not a problem. Ok, we could say with a good url, the blog looks cool but it doesn't really matter. It matters for your blog content, not your url.

3. People say other people don't know their blogs
This is totally a lame excuse. All of the famous blogs were started just like you. You won't get 30,000 page hits overnight. The famous blogs have people who try. Who do their best to make their blogs popular. What can you do to let other people know about your blog? Make it visible to search engines. Share it on Facebook, Twitter etc. Stumble it on StumbleUpon. Pin it on Pinterest.

4. People just don't visit my blog although I blog once a WEEK
Don't expect people to visit your blog if you post once a week or in other words, rarely. You should post regularly. It is ok and acceptable that for a couple of days, you may become busy due to an upcoming test or for something similar. But once you are free, you should start posting again. Create a schedule. Or a target. "I will at least post once in two days".

5. People don't  read my blog
People may not read a blog for several reasons. They may not like your template (I mentioned before you don't need to be a website designer in order to make your template good looking). They may not like the way you write. They may not like your content length. So download a good template or customize a blogger template into a good one, write in style: write the way people like to read (you need writing skills) and don't write too short or too long. Write in an ideal length.

Problems on blogger: YouTube videos appearing too small?

When you share a video from YouTube, it will be appearing smaller than it's original size. When in YouTube,   the video will be bigger and when you add it in a blogger post, it seems to shrink. There is a trick to get YouTube videos in the same size it is in YouTube. You need to do this using a code but don't worry. You don't need to be a code-expert to do it. It is done very simple. 1. Go to YouTube and find your video
Go to YouTube  and find the video you are going to share on your blog.

2. Right click on the video
Take your mouse pointer over the video and click the right click of your mouse.

3. Copy embed code
Now that you have clicked the right key, you will find an option "Copy embed code". Click on it so you have copied it.

4. Go to blogger>New Post
Go to Blogger>New Post and press Ctrl+V so that you paste the code you copied.
