ތުނޑުހަސަނަކީ ހއ. އިހަވަންދޫގައި އުޅުނު މުއްސަންޖެކެވެ. އޭނާ އުޅެނީ ހއ. ގައްވަންދޫއޭ ކިޔާ ފަޅުރަށެއް ލިޔުއްވައިގެންނެވެ. އެއްފަހަރަކު އެރަށުގައި މީދާ ގިނަވިއެވެ. މިހެންވުމުން ޙަސަނު މުޅި ރަށުގެ ވަލުގައި ހުޅު ޖަހައި މީދާ އުޅޭ ހިސާބުވެސް އަންދައި ހަދައިފިއެވެ. އޭރު މީދަލެއް އުޅެނީ ވިހައިގެންނެވެ. ވިހައިގެން އުޅޭ މީދާ ހަރުންބޭރަށް ނުކުމެ ބޭރު ބަލައިލިއިރު ކަމަކުދާކަށް ނެތެވެ. ހުރިހައި މީދަލެއްމަރުވެއްޖެއެވެ. އައުލާދު މިރިމިރީންނަށް ދަންދެންނެވެ. ގާތްތިމާގެ މީހުންނާއި އެކުވެރީންނަށް ދަންދެންނެވެ.

އެމީދާ ހިތަށް އެރިއެވެ. ތުނޑުހަސަނުގެ ކިބައިން މިކަމަށް ބަދަލު ހިފާނަމެވެ. މިހެންހީކޮށް ޙަސަނުގެ ދިރިއުޅުމާ ދިމާކޮށްލި ދިމާކޮށްލުމުން އޭނާގެ މުޅި ދިރިއުޅުން ނިންމާލިއެވެ.

'ތުނޑުހަސަނާ ޖެހުނު މީދާ' މިހެން ބުނެ އުޅެނީ ކޮންމެވެސް ކަމަކާހުރެ މީހަކާ މާބޮޑަށް އަޅައިގަނެގެން އުޅޭ މީސްމީހުންނާ ބެހޭގޮތުންނެވެ.
